Research Analyst (English/Hebrew)

Location: Israel, Remote (Team co-locates in Modi’in, Herzliya or Tel Aviv)

Position Overview: We are seeking a methodical and inquisitive Junior Research Analyst proficient in English and Hebrew to enhance our research capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, bringing critical thinking, data analysis skills, and a keen interest in trauma healing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently conduct research projects with minimal supervision.

- Define research methodologies and develop detailed data collection and analysis plans.

- Analyze and synthesize multiple sources of data and interpret results to make informed recommendations.

- Stay updated with recent developments in trauma research and related fields.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that provide deep insights and strategic recommendations.

- May mentor or oversee the work of junior analysts, guiding them in their tasks and development.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, sharing insights and findings in a clear and persuasive manner.

Qualifications:

- A keen interest in conducting research related to healthcare, social sciences, or similar fields.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

- Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex information in an accessible way to diverse audiences.

- Flexibility and proactive attitude.

- Ability to manage projects, including setting timelines, meeting deadlines, and producing deliverables.

- Proficiency in both English and Hebrew - oral and written.

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1-3 years of related research experience.

- Experience in a non-profit, consulting firm or startup environment is valued.
