Product Development Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement

Description

The Product Development Specialist is a major part of the product development process, from the sourcing phase to the launch phase.

This includes managing multiple development projects simultaneously, coordinating with external suppliers, approving quality, and finding solutions for improving products.

Willing to be in Kiryat Gat factory at least twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development from the concept stage to the final product (excluding design).
• Matrix management of products serves as an integrator between various departments including marketing, jewelry designers, purchasing and suppliers from concept to mass production.
• Develop projects with external suppliers including sourcing, pricing, sampling, and initiating samples purchases.
  
  

• Product designer focusing on product management with at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a product development position at a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• A high level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is necessary.
• Strong technical skills.

• Knowledge of different raw materials with a focus on metals
