Retention Marketing Manager

Investing.com, the leading global financial platform, is seeking a passionate and analytical Retention Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive user retention and engagement within our website and mobile apps, maximizing the lifetime value of our customer base.

Role Description:

As a Retention Marketing Manager, you will be a champion for our paying subscribers, focusing on understanding their needs and behaviors to keep them engaged and coming back for more. You will collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Data analyst, and other internal teams to develop and implement data-driven retention programs and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Analyze: Deep dive into user data to identify key churn signals, retention and upsell opportunities. Utilize tools like MixPanel to build dashboards and reports to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

Strategize: Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies based on user insights and market trends. This will include in-app and on-site messaging, feature adoption campaigns, win-back initiatives, and loyalty programs.

Drive: This is a hands-on role where you'll champion critical retention initiatives. You'll work collaboratively to achieve goals and deadlines, but also possess the grit and persuasion to navigate obstacles and see projects through to completion – all while maintaining a professional and committed demeanor.

Optimize: Continuously test and iterate on retention campaigns to maximize user engagement and conversion rates. Work with the Product team to prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive long-term retention.

Communicate: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our user base, highlighting the product’s value and encouraging continued usage. Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and user journey.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of retention marketing or lifetime marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and best practices in user retention.
• Experience working with data analytics tools like MixPanel and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams.
• Passion for the financial markets and a strong understanding of investor motivations and needs.
• Self-motivated, with a data-driven problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A/B.Sc) in marketing, business administration, data science, or a related field.
• Native-level proficiency in English
