Responsibilities

Team Management

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting a collaborative and productive working environment.

Planning and Strategy

• Collaborate with stakeholders to set strategic goals and roadmap for the team.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve these objectives, aligning with organizational goals and market needs.

Project Oversight

• Oversee the execution of research and development projects, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.

Technical Guidance

• Utilize your expertise to provide technical guidance and direction to the team.
• Assist in resolving complex technical challenges and promote the adoption of best practices.

Innovation and Research

• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creativity and exploration of new ideas to enhance our product offerings.

Collaboration

• Encourage strong collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize synergies.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor team performance and progress towards goals.
• Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance

• Develop robust testing and quality assurance processes to maintain the reliability, security, and scalability of our solutions.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• At least 2 years of experience in building and managing development teams.
• At least 5 years of programming experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and cloud security principles.
• At least 2 years of hands-on deep experience with AWS/GCP and their managed services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
