Tagra is at the forefront of microencapsulation technology, serving as a global leader in the development of innovative solutions for the cosmetics industry. Our products impact a wide range of clients, from large multinationals to indie companies, by enhancing the performance and effectiveness of cosmetic ingredients. This job description is for a Global Marketing Manager (maternity leave replacement) who will hold the responsibility of elevating our brand's presence worldwide, drive community engagement, innovate product formulations, manage public relations, and foster strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Key responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Develop and execute a global digital marketing strategy that showcases Tagra's expertise in microencapsulation technology and its significant impact on the cosmetics and beauty industry. Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, newsletters, and oversee our podcast series to highlight our innovative solutions and collaborations with both large multinationals and indie brands.
Community Management: Actively engage our global audience by sharing insights into our cutting-edge microencapsulation technology and its applications in the cosmetics industry. Ensure our website, LinkedIn page, IG/FB/X accounts, and YouTube channel are regularly updated with content that underscores our global leadership and innovation.
Marketing Materials and Support: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, banners, posters, and videos, that communicate the value and uniqueness of Tagra's microencapsulation technologies. These materials should cater to the needs of our diverse client base, from large multinationals to indie companies.
Demo Formulations Development: Lead the initiative in developing state-of-theart cosmetic formulations by leveraging Tagra's proprietary microencapsulation technology. Work closely with the R&D team from concept to final product, ensuring these innovations meet the evolving needs of our global clientele.
PR: Strategically manage Tagra's public relations to enhance our visibility and reputation as a global leader in microencapsulation technology. This includes managing media relations, securing publications, and creating content that highlights our contributions. to the cosmetics and beauty industry.
CRM: Oversee the CRM process to ensure effective lead collection, qualification, and conversion. Utilize CRM tools to analyze data, support distributors, and enhance relationships with both multinational corporations and indie brands. Responsible of all the Monday boards in front of each distributor.
Events: Coordinate Tagra's participation in key industry events, showcasing our microencapsulation technology and its benefits to the cosmetics industry. Organize and execute both physical trade shows and online webinars to engage with our global audience.
Podcast Management: Spearhead the management of Tagra's podcast series, focusing on topics related to microencapsulation technology, industry trends, and interviews with key players from large multinationals and indie companies. Use this platform to educate and engage with our audience on a deeper level.
Distribution Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with distributors globally, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote Tagra's products. Facilitate regular meetings and collaborative projects to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
