esh is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in the field of payments and payment systems to be a key member of the team and play a vital role in the success of our Product department. We are building the world of banking from scratch, with an obsessive focus on customers, and are seeking someone with a deep understanding of the banking industry and experience in the development and launch of successful banking products and services in the payment world. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a subject matter expert in the aspects of banking services and products of the payment domain both locally and globally within the product development team. Expertise in any or all: RTGS, Swift, Clearinghouse (Masav in IL)
• Provide guidance on industry trends and regulatory requirements, constantly questioning what everyone else is doing and why, while challenging if that truly best serves the customer first and business as well.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Write Business Requirement Documents based on the user’s needs to help the product manager have a better perception of the product at need.
• Develop and maintain regulatory, legal, and business documentation alongside product management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the banking industry and bring new ideas to the table.
• Test new developments and ensure compliance and requirements have been satisfied.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on product development and launch
• Strong professionalism in understanding the most current regulation in the world of payment, with an emphasis on Swift.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep diver, and passionate about details, especially around compliance, regulation, and product development.

ADVANTAGE

• Strong familiarity with Masav and Zahav - A major advantage
• Strong understanding of Information security and Cyber
• Strong understanding of relevant ISO processes
• Experience working in global companies with an emphasis on US regulation
• Experience working with BOI (Bank of Israel)
• Experienced in using various tools for project management and asynchronous communication (eg. Asana, Slack, Confluence)
• Previous working experience in a tech/startup company
