Matach's marketing department includes ongoing management and operation of Matach's branding and positioning, responsibility for marketing strategy, creating growth engines and deepening customer relationships alongside acquiring new customers, managing the marketing of various products and deepening customer relationships and satisfaction by creating smart and advanced customer journeys, analyzing insights from data, producing questionnaires and gaining insights for improving marketing interfaces, managing digital and social areas, liaising with the media and PR, responsibility for events and digital conferences, exhibitions, for the Israeli and global markes.
We are seeking a Product Marketing specialist with a talent for orchestrating effective marketing strategies and managing customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans with a focus on organic and sponsored promotions.
- Manage diverse marketing campaigns across channels, including email marketing.
- Oversee website management and optimize landing pages.
- Implement and refine customer journey strategies, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to post-purchase.
- Retention and Engagement: Implement tactics to retain existing users and enhance their engagement within the CET platform.
- Collaborate with teams for aligned marketing and product development.
- Conduct market analysis and utilize insights for strategic planning.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (required).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in product marketing or related area (required).
- Experience in organic and sponsored promotion.
- Strong background in growth/ product marketing for B2B2C companies (preferably SAAS companies).
- Proven track record in campaign management, particularly in email marketing.
- Advanced Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of SEO, email marketing, PPC, and analytical tools.
- Proficient in customer journey management and creating data-based narratives.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (preferred).
