Controller

A leading public company specializing in urban renewal projects, is seeking a highly

motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our team in Tel Aviv.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic

environment, providing essential support to the CFO

Responsibilities:

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and

periodic reports in accordance with IFRS standards.

 Develop and maintain the company's budget and conduct regular budget vs.

actual analysis.

 Prepare pricing models, feasibility studies, investment calculations, and other

financial analyses.

 Manage cash flow, work with banks, handle customer billing, payments, and

collections.

 Liaise with tax authorities and the company's external auditor.

 Prepare regular financial reports for management.

Qualifications:

 1-2 years of experience in a public real estate company: Proven track record

of success in a similar role within the real estate industry.
