Project Management Officer

Role Description

• Assistance in monitoring and controlling the work plan with the many software providers
• Control of milestones, conduct and flagging in front of the DELIVERY managers 
• Assistance in tracking and controlling large budgets
• We are looking for an energetic, agile and dynamic team member, who has the ability to learn quickly, who has a horizontal organizational vision, who has excellent human relations and teamwork skills, the ability to drive matrix, coping in a multi-task environment while Attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Relevant education 
• Experience of at least 3 years in the field of management and control of technological projects
• Experience in building a resource-based work plan and performing follow-up and control
• Experience in budget management and building performance monitoring reports as needed
• Experience in project management in the worlds of technology
• Experience in managing dozens of suppliers, including monitoring and control and ensuring the receipt of quality and efficient service.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes
• Ability to work in a team and activate factors in a matrix manner
• Experience in large organizations in general and a government organization or a large public organization in particular
