About The Team

At Fireblocks, our team owns the assets domain, which stands as one of the fundamental pillars of our platform. Assets are integral to nearly every operation and product within our platform. Our mission is to elevate asset management by refining our systems to ensure assets are modeled, represented, presented, and interacted with in the most optimal manner possible.

This involves orchestrating integrations with third-party data sources, accommodating various standards across different blockchains, and empowering both our internal organization and our customers to seamlessly view, manage, and interact with assets across all our platform products.

As a Senior Product Manager for Assets, you’ll be working with all customer segments, ranging from the largest financial enterprises in the world, retail, crypto natives and fintech companies, leading everything related to assets on the platform from data modeling, management and analysis to UX.

What You'll Do

• Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal.
• Take ownership of the assets domain, identifying and defining goals and initiatives to impact product growth, efficiency, and stability while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of asset-related products.
• Conduct in-depth product performance analysis, competitive research, and market research to maintain our product's competitive edge.
  
  

• 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B products from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
• A knack for empathizing with customers and effectively communicating their needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision when describing use cases and features.
• A passion for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex subjects continuously.
  
  

• Experience within the Blockchain / Crypto ecosystem.
• Prior entrepreneurial experience.
• Prior experience as a software developer.
