The opportunity

This role is an integral part of the TAPI Global Supply Chain Center of excellence with main areas of responsibility:

Manage operational excellence optimization activities, Project management (prepare Lead time analysis, Cycle time management. MRP modules implementation, Capacity routing) and support S&OP, AOP and LBE processes.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Provide SC best practices and collaborate with Global and local supply chain leaders to define future state best practices to support ‘at site’ and the connection with ‘above site’ planning processes
• Lead implementation of MRP module in TAPI sites, within existing ERP system.
• Manage Capacity planning analysis of all TAPi sites-
• Lead bi annual process to calculate & Optimize Lead time for all TAPI products
• Be the GSC focal point to Cycle time optimization.
• Support S&OP process on monthly basis-
• Support AOP & LBE processes
• Develop and optimize planning processes and methodlogies aligned with GCS strategy
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

• Holds Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cross-functional/global scenarios in the areas of Supply Chain Planning (preferred) or Manufacturing Operations - MUST
• APICS Certified / Trained in CPIM and/or CSCP – is an advantage
• Pharmaceutical or Chemical sector experience - Desirable
  
  

Experience / Knowledge/ Skills Desired

• Very Strong Project Management Skills – MUST
• Strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems, BI systems and Data analysis – MUST
• Strong people communications skills- MUST
• Demonstrated experience working globally, with different cultures
• Stakeholder management: experience in engaging non-direct-report stakeholders
• High self learning curve and capabilities. Adopt to frquent changes.
• Self motivated, full accoutability and dedication.
• Displays confidence; can defend own perspective and support it with data
• Detail oriented analytical and Problem Solving skills
• Open mind and creative solution to challenge existing methods.
• Willingness to travel to support global activities in GSC if and when required
