Digital infrastructure Engineer

As Digital infrastructure Engineer at Keshet Digital, you will be responsible for planning, installing, maintaining, and securing the company’s production infrastructure, encompassing both physical assets and cloud environments. You will leverage leading market products, virtualization, segmentation, firewalls, various protocols, and open-source solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, lifecycle performance, and security of our systems.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing digital infrastructure in a web environment.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Servers and Linux distributions.
• Extensive experience with virtualization systems such as VMware and Cloud Foundation.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, GPO, and DNS.
• Comprehensive understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, XDR, micro-segmentation, WAF, and API protection.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python, PowerShell, and iRules.
• Thorough knowledge of leading cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S, as well as networking systems like Arista OS.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, and Terraform.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and Kibana.
• In-depth knowledge of open-source web systems, including Apache, Nginx, MySQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL.

Understanding of the system lifecycle stages: analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, monitoring & alerting, deployment, and maintenance
