People Coordinator

Amai Proteins is the tasty Designer Protein company presenting the first sweetener which is healthy, tasty and sustainable. Amai (means ‘sweet’ in Japanese) Pro-Protein platform combines: (a) Agile-Integrative Computational Protein Design (AI-CPD) to design proteins that are fit to the mass food and feed market as to stability, taste, and other attributes; (b) precision fermentation production in an array of host organisms and (c) food technology to assess the Designer Proteins and integrate them to consumer-packaged goods. In this framework, Amai assesses numerous proteins in an array of host organisms from small lab-scale to very large industrial scales.

Job brief

We are looking for an efficient People Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and assist to establish a strong infrastructure in our fast-growing startup. You will recruit junior staff, facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee’s records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He / She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the company.

Requirements:

• degree in relevant field (HR, Behavioral science, sociology)
• of no more than one-two years as either placement coordinator/recruiter/HR generalist
• in English working environment (both writing and spoken)

Excellent interpersonal skills

• in Hebrew and English
• with ERP systems (Priority) - An advantage
• in working in fast growing startup – significant advantage
