Field Clinical Application Specialist

IceCure Medical, an innovative and fast-growing medical device company and leader in the Cryoablation market, is looking for an experienced and motivated Field Clinical Application Specialist to join our Clinical Affairs team.

Job description and responsibilities:

➢ Conduct on-site education and/or consulting.

➢ Conduct training for distributors and/or end users and qualify them to operate IceCure systems

properly.

➢ Support field personnel in providing clinical operational and logistic support training and guidance.

➢ Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.

➢ Provide customer feedback to the development, marketing, and clinical teams.

➢ Participate in the analysis of clinical needs and developments.

➢ Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide customer

cases and sales support.

➢ Assist in developing training materials.

➢ Monitor and document post-marketing activities per company procedure.

➢ Support PMS and PMCF evaluations and activities.

Education and Experience

➢ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Bioengineering, life science, or similar.

➢ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Device companies.

➢ Preferred knowledge in clinical trials, including study designs, critical review of articles, scientific writing experience / collecting and analyzing data.

➢ Literature reviews and data summary.

➢ Participation in publication writing.

➢ Training and support in clinical and technical fields in bench testing and animal trials process.

➢ Fluent English (both oral & written). Other languages- advantage.

➢ Attention to detail/self-directed.

➢ Effective communication skills and personal relationships, great team player.

➢ Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.

➢ Ability to travel extensively (30%) locally / internationally, even on short notice.
