TAITRA, the Taiwan external trade promotion organization, launched its 63rd branch Taiwan Trade & Innovation Center, Tel Aviv in 2019. Our mission is to create business channels between Israeli and Taiwanese companies, promote trade opportunities and build innovation and technology partnerships. We work closely with tech corporates in Taiwan, Israeli importers, startups and various ecosystem organizations. 

We are looking for a full-time employee to join our team (on-site). Our office is located on Rothschild Boulevard, Tel Aviv.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote TAITRA’s various exhibitions and events to Israeli companies.  
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Handle inquiries from Taiwanese exporting companies and Israeli importers.
• Assist the branch director with ongoing procedures and support all office operations.
• Plan and execute events in Israel, including visits and delegations from Taiwan.
• Manage partnerships with ecosystem players in Israel and in Taiwan.
• Conduct technology scouting processes for Taiwanese companies.

Requirements

• BA degree or above - A must.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development, international trade, or project/partnerships management.
• Advanced analytical skills, ability to learn complex topics and quickly master them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew - A must.
• Chinese - an advantage, but not a must.
• Familiarity with Excel and PPT
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Above all - a team player with a can-do mindset.
