About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audio Specialist to focus on the development and optimization of TTS systems and LLMs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with open-source tools and technologies, with a proven track record in tuning and fine-tuning models for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize TTS systems to deliver high-quality, natural-sounding speech.
• Work with LLMs to enhance their performance in audio-related tasks.
• Utilize and contribute to open-source projects and tools relevant to TTS and LLMs.
• Perform model tuning and fine-tuning to achieve desired accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TTS and LLM solutions into various applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in TTS, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Conduct experiments and evaluations to assess the performance of different models and techniques.
• Document processes, experiments, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing TTS systems and working with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in using open-source tools and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with model tuning and fine-tuning techniques.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific TTS systems such as Tacotron, WaveNet, and up to date projects.
• Knowledge of audio signal processing and speech synthesis techniques.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Previous contributions to open-source projects in the TTS or LLM domain.
