Information Technology Operations Team Leader

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading an entire Team within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 6-10 employees that supports IL, EMEA and APAC
• Onsite at least 4 days a week
• Oversee global User Lifecycle projects, including onboarding, termination, and related processes.
• Ensure that hardware and software systems are fully deployed, implemented, and functioning.
• Manage and track IT equipment, ensuring stock availability.
• Support Windows - MAC OS and Linux operating systems
• Lead strategic IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Assess vendors and test strategies for new hardware and software.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely product delivery and verify the on-time deployment of hardware assets.
• Collaborate closely with onsite and remote IT teams to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
• Perform both managerial and hands-on tasks.
• Lead the meeting rooms maintenance and development in Tel Aviv.
• Do cross-training to employees to support deployment operation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of managerial experience in IT operations
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration
• Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, PC operation systems, Automations, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills – both written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
• Experience in global companies is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is an advantage
