Global Operations and Customer Service manager

Role Description

• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational and product vision, operations strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and the work of mid-level management including in the fields of:
• After-sales workshop and Field services
• Customer support
• Office administration
• Sales administration
• Logistics and supply chain
• Production management
• Processes and quality assurance.
• Strategic planning and Overseeing of Production infrastructure, resources and activities in China including procurement, logistics, Assembly and quality assurance
• Design and implement cross-department Procedures , KPIs and quality standards to increase efficiency and product quality and to reduce product cost.
• Management of the corporate knowledgebase for Customer support, field services, operations and Product management activities and processes.
• Evaluate departments and solutions’ performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Establish and manage relationships with partners and strategic vendor / subcontractors.
• Manage and communicate the entire product lifecycle and roadmap, from strategic planning to day-to-day achievements.  
• Oversees R&D’s alignment with projects schedule, product compliance and development priorities according to roadmap and product lifecycle processes.
• Analyze competitive offering and deliver differentiated products and features.
• Manage the backlog analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from customers, prospects, partners, sales, etc.
• Identify, analyze and establish partnerships for products innovation and/or integrated solutions

The position is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Logistics and supply chain skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in customer satisfaction management
• Experience in the entire product lifecycle and roadmap, from strategic planning to day-to-day achievements.  
• Experience in a multidisciplinary and global company - a must
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field
