Job Summary:

International Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Technology/Product Advisor to the Board of Directors. This role will provide expert guidance and strategic advice on technology and product development, ensuring that the Company remains at the forefront of innovation in the animal health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Strategic Guidance: Provide high-level strategic advice on technology and product development to the Board of Directors.

✨ Performance Monitoring: Review and provide insights on product development and performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

✨ Compliance and Standards: Ensure that the Company's products comply with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.

✨ Networking and Partnerships: Leverage industry connections to identify potential partnerships, investment opportunities, and new market entry strategies.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

🎓 Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in technology and product development, with a significant portion at the senior advisory or executive level, preferably within the relevant technology fields.

🎓 Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of microchip technology, implantable and wearable devices, and software development.

🎓 Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision for technology and product development.

🎓 Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior leadership and board members.

🎓 Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making.

🎓 Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

🎓 Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the livestock and pet health markets, including customer needs and regulatory environment.

🎓 Innovation Mindset: Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing new technologies and processes.
