Sales Development Representative

Auctentic is seeking a SDR to join our internal sales team.

Auctentic is a global company that acts as a broker of pre-owned diamonds, gemstones and luxury watches. Founded on the need of people to sell their jewelry online in a simple and reliable way. Developed by senior gemologists with twenty years of experience in the diamond industry, in collaboration with a strong global network of over 2000 international buyers.

Our primary focus revolves around serving the B2C sector, operating primarily in the European markets of Italy, France and Spain.

Responsibilities:

👉Handle leads and close deals through phone, chat, and email communication channels.

👉Ensure a positive and personalized experience for our customers throughout the sales process.

👉Develop and nurture customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

👉Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements:

✅Proven experience in customer service/sales.

✅Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.

✅Speaks Italian.

✅Prior sales experience is a must.
