Has the ability to lead complex sales processes in front of senior functions in organizations, selling innovative solutions, ability to do market education

Has operational ability, the ability to take an idea and translate it into reality, the ability to plan and lead the process of building an annual training Gantt while meeting the annual goals of students and employees and including all factors together.

Ability to go down to details, in-depth knowledge of the business, understanding it, and translating the work plan into goals
