Senior Director of Operations and Production

We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations and Production who will oversee critical company functions, including workflow and process, overseas sourcing, supply chain, vendor matrix management, quality, compliance, and logistics, drive ongoing operational efficiencies, and manage area budgets and allocation of resources.

• Hands-on leader leader to drive process excellence and integrity in product operations, supply chain processes, and execution
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Develop , implement, and monitor operations, supply chain, warehouse, maintenance departments, and all relevant processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem Operational Excellence solving, and problem prevention
• Ensures that production, supply chain, and maintenance teams meet our Quality standards
• Assure that all resources are available and optimize allocation to achieve cost and efficiency targets
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key performance metrics and progress towards targets
• Managing various engineering project

Requirement

• Bio Medical/Mechanical/Biotechnology Engineer with experience in the production of biological products and bioreactor
• At least 6-8 years’ experience in establishing an operating system and a global supply chai
• English a high level
• Proven track record of successfully managing large manufacturing teams and achieving operational targets
• Proven experience and knowledge of manufacturing technologies & equipment
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing supply chain functions, processes, and systems
• Strong financial experience managing budgets and cost-control initiatives. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects. Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
