React Team Leader

This vital role demands spearheading a skilled team of developers and UX designers in the iterative development, optimization, and maintenance of a sophisticated web application. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development process of a robust web application, ensuring the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement efficient, reusable, and scalable code, applying advanced programming techniques to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Drive the evolution of our development methodologies, integrating new tools and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  
  

• At least 4 years of professional experience in React.js development, with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects successfully delivered.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Expertise in modern web technologies including Sass, CSS, HTML5, and an advanced understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript ES6+.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development tools and methodologies, including experience with Webpack, Redux, Flux, and efficient use of Git for version control.
• In-depth experience with performance optimization and testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
• Solid experience in developing against, and integrating with MongoDB and NodeJS environments.
• Proven ability to work with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and implement solutions that leverage cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience with caching and search technologies such as Redis and Elasticsearch.
  
  

• Familiarity with React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
• Previous engagement in a fintech global company or a large-scale online company, with a keen understanding of the challenges in high-volume, high-availability environments.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and implementing solutions under EU or other financial regulatory frameworks, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal and technical requisites in financial services.
