Bookkeeper – SpoTower

Part-time (70%) up to Full time.

SpoTower is dedicated to assisting consumers in discovering and connecting with high-quality brands through our extensive network of online comparison sites. Our mission is to empower thousands of consumers to make informed decisions about the products they seek by offering comprehensive and relevant information alongside robust comparison tools.

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Bookkeeper to join us and become the unique owner of our finance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivables – Invoicing, collection, and reconciliation.
• Conducting daily banking activities and Bank reconciliation, Credit card reconciliation.
• Responsible for ongoing communication with clients.
• Processing payments.
• Process travel and expense reports and maintain approval flow.
• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices and maintaining approval flow and payments.
• Assist in month-end procedures.
• The main focal point for employees and external stakeholders for payroll-related queries.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years of experience in bookkeeping.
• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2/3 and Payroll Accountant Certification.
• Good knowledge of working with Excel sheets.
• Experience with collection in high volume.
• High Level of English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal relations, independent work capability, and learning ability.
