Sales Development Representative

Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the company's customer acquisition and revenue goals. This involves actively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, such as outbound calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest, qualify prospects, and ultimately close sales. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective customers

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email
• Schedule appointments and calls with potential client
• Close sales and meet monthly goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM system

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at a SaaS company, demonstrating success in acquiring new customers
• Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong phone presence and experience with high-volume outbound calling
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent listening and presentation skills
• Minimum of one year of experience as a SaaS SDR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
