Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Foreman at Sami Najami Group in Kiryat Gat. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, managing personnel, and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Building engineer's certificate - mandatory.
• Experience in the field of steel construction in the industry - mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to manage and motivate employees while ensuring the quality and quality of the work.
