About the job: 

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Operations Lead to oversee and manage high-level operational and project management tasks for MalamTeam CEO / CTO. You will be responsible for building and implementing cross-company programs, managing multiple projects, and supporting both CTO and CEO in promoting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, project management, and executive support while familiarity with technology driven organizations is a big plus. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Office of the CTO 

• Leading activities and projects on behalf of the CTO, ranging from leading and managing customer visits (both content and logistics), technological projects and other projects that may require cross organization implementation. 
• Overseeing and executing CTO Office work plans, including budgetary and resource control 
• Leading the group's CTO forum to promote technological synergy within the group while working with numerous internal and external interfaces such as delivery managers, business partners, and more. 
• Foster corporate innovation by orchestrating cross company innovation initiatives. 
• Preparing high quality deliverables (presentations, templates, landing pages, workshops, etc.). 
• Coordinating and overseeing M&A processes. 
• Manage relationships with external contractors and partners, follow up on agreements, financial implications, and quality deliverables. 

Office of the CEO 

• Right-hand to the CEO in overseeing and leading the company's business management. 
• Responsibility and tracking of work plans and budget on an annual and quarterly level, including preparing business statuses, presentations and overall workplans. 
• Leading projects with the company's management and various management levels on required cross-organizational topics (e.g., strategic customers, business forum meetings etc.). 
• Preparing presentations and reports for the company's management and board of directors. 
• Working with numerous interfaces within and outside the company (suppliers, consultants, management members, etc.). 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, entrepreneurship or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
• At least two years of experience in leading cross-organizational projects / processes in a medium/large organization, preferably within a technology-driven environment. 
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. 
• Fast learner. Gladly jumps into new topics to quickly become up to speed. 
• Works extremely well with executives / senior managers, both internal and external. 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage various tasks simultaneously. 
• Thrive in a matrix environment. Work effectively with colleagues, employees, and managers. 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Positive thinking and 'Can do approach'. 
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports. 
• Familiarity with the tech industry and current technological trends - an advantage.
