Commercial Lease Abstractor (German Desk)

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Lease Abstractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing commercial lease agreements in German and accurately summarizing key information into our database. This position requires no prior experience in lease abstraction, as training will be provided. The role is remote, and we offer flexible hours to accommodate our team members' schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Read, analyze and summarize commercial lease agreements in German accurately and efficiently.

Enter the key data points into our database according to established standards.

Identify and flag potential issues or discrepancies in lease agreements.

Collaborate with other team members and provide feedback on workflow improvement.

Requirements:

Native level German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.

Proficient in English, as some communication with colleagues may be required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Familiarity with commercial lease terminology is a plus but not required.

Ability to work remotely and manage flexible work hours.

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
