Event Producer

Vivo Productions Ltd. is a full service production company managing private and corporate events in Israel and abroad. Our services include concept, creative & strategic planning, marketing & advertising, decor' & design, technical production, custom staging & lighting shows, entertainment & musical performances, venue selection, catering & rentals, graphic design & illustration. 

We're looking for an experienced event producer only.

Requirements:

• Two years minimum of proven experience in event production.

• Native-level English skills are required; other languages are a plus.

• Experience organizing events, concerts, or live performances with a solid network of industry contacts.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Must demonstrate dedication, accountability, and exemplary organizational skills.

• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to achieve business

objectives.

• Located in the Tel Aviv area.

• Willingness for flexible working hours, also during weekends and holidays.
