A leading and successful FX company in Herzliya is looking for an IT specialist
Full time job from the office
Hours: 10:00-19:00
Description:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and basic router/firewall configuration.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and equipment procurement.
- Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in this role or a similar one from a fintech/FX/gaming company
- Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge
- Self-reliance
- Proficiency in English
