This is a full-time on-site role as a CTO & Co-Founder at Whoopix, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. As a CTO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and vision of the company. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop and execute the product roadmap, manage the technical team, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative e-commerce solutions. Your role will involve leading the development of cutting-edge technologies, driving innovation, and staying ahead of the industry trends to maintain our leadership position in the market.

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar
• Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, platforms, and trends
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous co-founder or start-up experience is a plus
