We are seeking charismatic individuals with leadership and management skills to lead and drive initiatives at the forefront of our news desk.
Responsibilities:
- Editing the homepage
- Managing editors during shifts
- Overseeing daily work schedules
- Reviewing editors' work and ensuring the quality of articles
- Managing tasks and prioritizing incoming news according to the website's needs
Requirements:
- Passionate about local and global news
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Five shifts per week, including weekends
- Proven experience in writing and editing (mandatory)
- Experience as a shift supervisor (advantage)
- Full proficiency in Hebrew
- High-level proficiency in English
