The Role:

In this role, you will initially learn and master our current technological offerings, working closely with existing R&D team members.

Recruit, create, and lead a high-performing offshore development team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.  

Your responsibilities will quickly evolve, requiring you to take full ownership of the product and lead the R&D processes and teams.

This position is designed for someone with a startup spirit, eager to grow with us as we expand.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in full-stack development, with at least 3-5 years of experience in React and Node.js.
• Adaptive Learner: Quick to learn existing systems and eager to implement new technologies and improvements.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading offshore development teams, with a track record of recruiting, creating, and leading a high-performing offshore team.
• Location: Must be located in Israel.
• Hands-on Capabilities: Ability to perform hands-on development work as needed, ensuring the team stays on track and the product evolves efficiently.

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Startup Enthusiasm: Passion for working in a startup environment and driving its growth through technological innovation.
• AWS Cloud Experience.
• AI Expertise: Familiarity with AI and image processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the existing product, from technical troubleshooting to feature enhancements.
• Perform hands-on development work, collaborating closely with the current R&D team to maintain and enhance product performance.
• Lead the scaling of the R&D team, overseeing all R&D processes as the company grows.
• Drive the strategic direction of the product, ensuring it meets the expanding needs of our clients and stays ahead of market trends.
• Recruit, manage, and build a high-performing offshore development team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
