Penetration Tester Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic offensive application security operations.
• Spearhead the development and deployment of advanced tools.
• Mentor the PT team to foster growth and skill development.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver customized security solutions.
• Drive recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier cybersecurity talent.
• Ensure meticulous review of technical reports to maintain high quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in offensive application security, including Mobile Application Penetration Testing, Web Application Penetration Testing, and testing of Thick/Thin Applications and IoT Devices.
• Profound understanding of Mobile, Web, and Desktop applications’ vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques and proper mitigations.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Demonstrated experience in front-end and back-end development using frameworks like NodeJS.
• Excellent communication abilities in English to effectively lead penetration testing projects.
• Track record of successful recruitment and talent development in cybersecurity.
• Leadership skills in managing technical teams.
