About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to be part of the core business of a growing and leading company in the credit industry.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting projects at the core of the company's business, from the negotiation stage, through the drafting of commercial agreements, to the implementation and integration of projects within the company.
• Providing ongoing legal advice and support for the company's routine commercial activities – working with all company divisions and business partners.
• Formulating legal opinions for business projects.
• Assisting with the legal implementation of laws and regulations within the company.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney
• 2+ years of professional experience (post-internship)
• Experience in handling various commercial agreements
• Experience in the banking and credit card industry – an advantage
• Experience working as an attorney in the commercial department of a large law firm or in a commercial company/financial institution – a significant advantage
• Ability to work on agreements in English
• Quick learning ability and a systemic perspective
