As a finance and operations manager, you will:

·      Manage the organization's budget while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

·      Lead financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

·      Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including monthly and quarterly statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.

• Manage cash flow and ensure financial compliance: control over cash flow, timely payments to vendors and partners, etc.

·      Contribute to strategic planning.

·      Implement and manage financial systems.

·      Identify and mitigate financial risks.

We are looking for:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Economist.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Excel: Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling functions.
• Experienced with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills: Exhibit a keen understanding of financial concepts, principles, and methodologies, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
