Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Game Economy Lead, with flexibility for some remote work. The Game Economy Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the in-game economy, including virtual currency, pricing, and balancing. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement monetization strategies, analyze player behavior and spending patterns, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance player engagement and revenue. The Game Economy Lead will also monitor market trends and competitors to ensure a competitive and compelling virtual economy.

Qualifications

• Experience in game design, game development, or a similar role in the gaming industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools
• Knowledge of virtual economies and monetization strategies
• Familiarity with player behavior analysis and player segmentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
