System Engineer

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an immediate opening for a talented System Engineer for our X-Ray products in our R&D department.

The candidate will be able to:

• Troubleshoot system issues on systems in production.

• Integrate new components on existing platforms.

• Support application testing

• Transfer knowledge and systems to production: develop and document calibration and alignment processes, prepare tool characterisation test plans, develop test-jigs, train Tech Support and production teams.

We are looking for a person with a pragmatic and results oriented attitude to work on challenging projects that will impact current and future products.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• At least 2 years as a system or application engineer, preferably in Semiconductor metrology.

• Good understanding of motion control and high-accuracy motion systems

• Experience with optical systems

• Experience with PLC systems would be advantageous.

• Be a self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a small team on challenging problems

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering or a physical sciences, or equivalent experience.
