As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing strategies to promote our brand effectively.

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, promotions, and announcements.
• Implement and optimize email automation workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze email metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and development teams for email design.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in email marketing and campaign success - an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field – an advantage.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS – an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience from Fintech companies - an advantage.
• Excellent English.
