- Managing the energy infrastructure domain within the dairy (including boilers, cooling systems, ammonia, hot air, natural gas, pipelines, etc.).

- Direct management of a team of workers in the field.

- Matrix management of contractor teams in pipeline and electrical areas.

- Overseeing off-site processes for energy optimization and savings, including long-term work plans.

- Liaising with regulatory authorities.

- Maintaining work protocols with maintenance managers, operations managers, logistics, and more.

What you need:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process industries, engineering, maintenance, or energy infrastructure.

- Experience in team management.

- Familiarity with excellence processes - a plus.
