Quality Assurance Manager

Alon Tavor Dairy stands among the forefront and largest dairies within the Tnuva Group.

We pride ourselves on being an advanced, technologically-driven dairy, producing our household brand - the renowned and delectable cottage cheese found in every Israeli fridge, along with other popular products like Yolo desserts and yogurt.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate in the management of the dairy.

- Oversee the quality and technology domain, ensuring end-to-end responsibility for all processes within this realm, including laboratory activities.

- Directly manage 8 domain managers and provide indirect oversight for approximately 40 employees in managerial and professional capacities.

- Establish management routines with internal (headquarters) and external (regulatory) interfaces.

- Assume full responsibility for the quality aspect of dairy products, including issue resolution, data management, optimization, and cost reduction.

- Full accountability for the technological aspect of dairy products, from initial development processes (including industrial trials) through production lines to the final product. Procure tools and provide guidance for technological issue resolution utilizing excellent operational tools.

- Develop work plans and manage budgets.

**What You Need:**

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Materials, or Quality - mandatory. Master's degree - an advantage.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality or technology fields within a manufacturing facility, preferably in food or pharmaceuticals.

- Substantial experience in employee management.
