Legal Counsel

Hi-Tech company is looking for an IP legal counsel (specifically patents) with strong commercial background to join our legal team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. This position will support and work directly with various departments and outside counsel, worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Support IP litigation and pre-litigation.

Recommend and execute IP policy.

Provide IP ongoing support to various commercial agreements.

Working closely with IP experts, outside counsel and the various departments of the

company.

Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers, customers and

partners, worldwide, including sales, marketing, distribution, partnership, and licensing, working closely with various departments of the company.

Provide ongoing legal advice for various departments of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

LLB, certified Israel bar association.

8 years of experience as an IP commercial lawyer / IP litigator.

Extensive experience in patents and patent litigation. Experience in international

patent litigation – strong advantage.

Broad-based commercial experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English – mother tongue or close to this level.

Highly motivated to contribute to the organization.

Ability to multi-manage projects and work under pressure.

Team player.

Previous experience as IP litigator / IP commercial lawyer / in-house counsel in a

global hi-tech company – strong advantage.
