Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Research lead to support Inspira’s research team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, a robust background in research in the medical field and a proven track record of managing research projects.

Key Responsibilities

-       Providing scientific support to research projects.

-       Designing and implementing data collection methods and tools.

-       Preparing comprehensive reports and presenting findings to senior management and other stakeholders.

-       Writing competitive research grants.

-       Managing the scientific database

-       Collaborating with other departments in the organization.

Qualifications

 -       Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field (such as biomedical engineering, physics, biotechnology, and medical science).

-       Minimum of 3 years of experience as research lead in a medical device company.

-       Experience in the field of cardiovascular/respiratory – an advantage.

-       Proven track record of managing research projects.

-       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

-       Proficiency in statistical analysis.

-       Proficiency in data analysis.
