Supply Chain Manager

The position: Supply Chain Manager (full-time)

Reporting to: VP Operations 

Location: Ramat Gan

As the supply chain manager, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Atomic’s global logistics capabilities, and ensuring continuous product availability across all brands.

Atomic works with a mix of global (China and US-based) suppliers, while the US is its main consumer end market (now expanding to Canada and Europe). Therefore, managing the supply chain from manufacturing to fulfillment is the most critical aspect of our operations. Multiple brands, with dozens of products each, require continuous inventory availability “on the shelf” at their respective eCommerce channels - primarily Amazon.

Our US supply chain manager will create and foster relationships with logistics service providers, manage imports and distribution to our warehouses, and ensure a timely supply of inventory to fulfillment centers.

Example responsibilities:

• Managing complete supply chain processes and mastering the entire life cycle of Atomic’s products (Development to end consumer).
• Inventory planning LONG / SHORT terms.
• Identify, connect, and foster relationships with supply chain and logistics service providers worldwide (e.g., freight forwarders, 3PLs, etc.)
• Work in coordination with Brand managers to efficiently manage their inventory needs.
• Monitor supply levels in 3PLs, and collaborate with our ops HQ to maintain healthy inventory levels across eCommerce channels (Amazon USA & Canada, Walmart, etc.).
• Compiling projected annual purchase plan and schedule, according to a given forecast of sales, lead times and existing inventory levels across marketplaces and sales channels. Setting up a timeline for the above plan and translating it into cash flow and budget needs.
• Constantly work to optimize our logistics network in the US based on demand
• Build contingencies into the logistics network to improve resilience to potential network outages (E.g., due to natural disasters)
• Participate in the due-diligence process on potential brand acquisitions, to provide inputs on supply chain & logistics topics (e.g., inspect inventory at current warehouses, audit service providers, etc.)
• Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups of inventory around the globe.
• Administer and maintain inventory control program systems, including budget preparation and tracking.
• Keeping up-to-date with logistics policies, procedure and regulations, Including Amazon’s specific requirements and maintaining product compliance.
• Manage and monitor the performance of Atomic growth’s supply chain.

Education, qualifications, and skills:

• Experience in retail / eCommerce supply chain roles; Big advantage for Amazon-specific inventory management experience
• Willing to work in Us hours
• Precise and well organized. Detail oriented.
• Attention to details and the ability to follow through on assignments.
• Experience with managing suppliers / service-providers
• BA or equivalent – an advantage
• Fluency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Advantage for experience with MAC and Netsuite.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
