Legal Counsel

Collider Ventures is a leading venture capital fund in Tel Aviv, specializing in blockchain and digital assets.

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our legal team. We specifically want people with the potential to advance within the organization and become partners. This is a unique opportunity for lawyers to broaden their horizons and fulfill their abilities!

Candidates from large law firms with corporate experience are preferable, but this is not exclusive - every high-quality candidate will be evaluated based on their achievements and potential to succeed in the crypto and venture capital field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of corporate law experience; experience in investment agreements (SAFE/SPA) and commercial agreements; since the role includes managing all investment operations, ideally one should have deal experience - but if you have the motivation to learn quickly, you should still apply.
• License to practice law (preferably Israel) - a must.
• LL.B from an Israeli university or top college.
• Motivation and curiosity to learn about crypto and its legal aspects - a must.
• Experience at a top 10 Israeli law firm or a US firm - advantage.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating investment agreements, limited partnership agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Manage KYC/AML compliance of all funds
• Work closely with other team members to execute processes to support Collider's ongoing activity.
• Advise on compliance, tax, labor, finance, and privacy regulations together with other members of the legal team and external legal advisors.
• Work with the internal stakeholders and consultants to design legal and operational structures to carry out Collider's business activities.
• Manage and own strategic projects with Collider's management.
• The position reports to the General Counsel and works cross-functionally with the entire organization.
