Junior Finance Manager

We are currently seeking our next Finance Manager to join the team in Israel! Being a small company with a family atmosphere we are the place to grow and develop yourself professionally.

A Software Sources Finance Manager oversees and manages all financial aspects of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting of all financial aspects of the company. The Financial Manager will collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, track expenses, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Major Responsibilities

·      Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, accounting work, forecasting, and cash flow management.

·      Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, employees’ salaries, and balance sheets, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

·      Managing the company’s bank accounts.

·      Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and identify areas for improvement.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's CPA firm, facilitating the completion of audits, tax filings, and other financial matters.

·      Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.

·      Provide financial guidance and support to various departments within the organization.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

·      1 to 2 years of experience in a financial management role.

·      CPA qualification

·      Fluent in English and Hebrew.

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

·      Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
