Major Responsibilities

• Support major POC opportunities worldwide, working closely with the Security Engineers, Account Managers, R&D and QA.
• Coordination between different departments within Check Point, understanding both business and technical aspects of the opportunity and driving different departments toward successful POC
• Provide remote technical assistance to the local sales.
• Ability to travel onsite to support POCs
• Setup and configure physical and virtual lab environments
• End to end ownership of the POC
• Planning (test plan, time frames, hardware and testing gear availability etc.)
• Internal preparations (pre-testing, arranging the necessary resources, setting up the expectations and success criteria, etc.)
• Remote or on-site support
• Follow up and post POC activity
• Additional non-POC technical tasks(feature validation, product improvements, etc..)

Desired Background

• 2+ years of experience working in networking engineering
• Fast self-learner
• Strong technical background (CP products, networking, security features)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Customer-focused orientation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule on occasion (this is a hybrid role)
• Must be able to work independently and show leadership
• Excellent communication skills(in English)
• Previous customer faced roles – advantage
• Competency in performance testing tools and testing methodologies (I.e. Spirent, Breaking Point, Ixia) - advantage
