Financial Controller

This person will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as exceptional analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

- Coordinate and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Prepare financial reports for stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory agencies.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting; Certified Public Accountant. There is a preference for graduates of Big4 firms.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.

- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
