Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from project intake to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure the successful execution of the project.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and schedules.
• Represent the company at meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• 3+ years of experience in planning and leading complex projects as an engineer.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and aluminum industry (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
