Job Description

The project manager is a part of a new product development team of an analyzer used in semiconductors manufacturing. As a project manager, you will be responsible on the aspects of planning and development of the project, including the development of full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.  You will be coordinating the activities among the various functions involved, from R&D, engineering, subcontractors, purchasing etc. The project manager will participate in the definition of the project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven working experience (3-5 years) in project management in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector.

- Familiarity with Semiconductors or similar industries quality and delivery standards is an advantage.

Detailed Responsibilities

  - Planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones.

  - Manage project budget, resource allocation, and scheduling.

  - Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.

  - Direct and manage project development tasks from beginning to end.

  - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

  - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. 

  - Regularly communicate with the management to provide project updates and information about developments and setbacks.

  - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.

  - Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

  - Maintain project documentation for reference and reporting purposes.

  - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
